Welcome to Brightest Life LLC. By using our services, including the Remote Neurofeedback program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

Brightest Life LLC provides neuroscience-based services, including neurofeedback, brain mapping, neurocognitive testing, and executive functioning coaching. Our services are designed to improve cognitive performance and mental wellness and are offered remotely for client convenience.

2. Remote Neurofeedback Program

2.1 Equipment and Software

Participants in the Remote Neurofeedback program will receive equipment, including a Muse EEG headband, and access to the Myndlift software. The equipment remains the property of Brightest Life LLC and must be returned upon cancellation of the program.

2.2 Program Duration and Fees

• The program operates on a monthly rental basis at a cost of $390 per month.

• The monthly fee includes equipment rental, access to the training program, and support from your Client Success Manager.

• The monthly subscription will continue automatically until the program is cancelled.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your program at any time by notifying us and returning the equipment using the prepaid return package provided.

• Equipment must be returned in good condition within 10 business days of cancellation to avoid additional fees.

• Your subscription will terminate upon confirmation of the equipment’s return.

2.4 Damage or Loss of Equipment

Clients are responsible for the care of all equipment provided. In case of loss or damage, additional charges may apply.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through the payment methods provided on our booking page.

• By submitting your payment information, you authorize Brightest Life LLC to charge your card for the agreed-upon subscription fee.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of service disruption caused by Brightest Life LLC.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Disclaimer

The services provided by Brightest Life LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Results may vary based on individual factors, including consistency and adherence to the program.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brightest Life LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or equipment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Brightest Life LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
